To ensure Urbaine Oasis Spa Boutique remains a relaxing experience, we kindly ask you to take a moment to review the following:

Appointments

  • First-time guests should arrive 15 min prior to their treatment to complete consultation intake forms. If a service is in session, please text 414-526-1113 to let the technician know you've arrived.

  • As a courtesy to all our guests, late arrivals will result in shorter service, if booked. Every effort will be made to properly accommodate.

Cancellation Policy

  • 48-hour notice is required for cancellation of any service. Cancellations are allowed via phone or email only.

  • A full-service charge will be incurred for any late cancellations or no-show appointments.

  • If the service is part of a current Series of 3, one service will be charged from that series.

Cellphones

  • Kindly silence all cell phones prior to service.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are redeemable for all services. Gift cards are at face value. They cannot be used towards gratuities.

  • They may be purchased by phone, online or within the spa. They must be presented at the time of service and are non-refundable.

  • Urbaine Oasis Spa Boutique gift cards are not redeemable for cash. They cannot be applied with any membership discounts, combined with other special offers. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Retail / Service Policy

  • Sales on services, packages/series and products are final. However, unused and unopened products may be exchanged for a different product of equal or greater value within 7 days of original purchase.
